Hand-dyed Wool Clouds - RambouilletxMerino - Random
6.5 oz of hand-dyed, soft wool clouds! Clouds are the step before the wool is turned into roving, so there are more short fibers left in the clouds. They are what I use to make my wool/milkweed batts and the sheep used to create this roving rotationally graze on many acres in a valley in western Wisconsin. After shearing day, our wool is minimally processed into bouncy, perfect for spinning roving at Ewetopia Mill in Viroqua, WI.
There is some VM in this roving, as the sheep are uncoated, but most pieces fall out during spinning.
Hand wash in cool water for best results.
